This is Dr. Wagner’s recipe for a “coffee alternative” in Leslie’s Adrenal Fatigue protocol.
1 c boiling water
1 TB coconut oil
1 heaping tsp maca powder
2 heaping tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
1/2 tsp Saigon cinnamon (we get ours at Costco)
pinch of salt
a couple drops of stevia (optional)
Blend on high for 30 seconds; serve immediately.
Laura’s note: I made up a jar of paste (10 times the recipe above) that we could add to hot water in a hurry. It works great!
